1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the nurtars platform, including visitors, registered players, and VIP account holders. Access to or use of any nurtars service — including the website at nurtars.net, mobile-optimised interfaces, games, wallet features, and customer support — constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

1.2 nurtars reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact information associated with their nurtars account or via a prominent notice on the nurtars platform. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 These Terms should be read alongside the nurtars Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and nurtars.

2 Eligibility

2.1 You must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to register and maintain a nurtars account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under PAGCOR regulation.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law at the time of gameplay.
• You are accessing nurtars for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or regulatory ban from gambling activities.
• You have not previously had a nurtars account suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.

2.2 nurtars performs mandatory age and identity verification ("KYC") on all registered accounts. Until KYC verification is completed, withdrawal requests may be held pending. nurtars reserves the right to close any account where the player is found to be under 21 years of age and to void any winnings associated with that account.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Each individual may hold only one registered nurtars account. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your nurtars account, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.3 nurtars accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or grant access to your nurtars account to any other person. Doing so constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your nurtars login credentials. nurtars recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available. nurtars staff will never request your password through any channel.

3.5 If you suspect that your nurtars account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. nurtars will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account, but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player failed to take reasonable precautions or failed to report the incident promptly.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 All transactions on nurtars are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). nurtars supports the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 nurtars does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or payment sources not registered in the player's own name. Deposits made from accounts that do not match the registered name on the nurtars account may be reversed and the source of funds investigated.

4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the nurtars deposit page at the time of the transaction. nurtars reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's nurtars account must have completed KYC verification.
• The player must have met any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds in their account.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• nurtars reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 nurtars aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, KYC status of the account, and volume of requests. nurtars is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.6 nurtars reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 nurtars offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, validity periods, minimum deposit amounts, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

5.2 Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.

5.3 nurtars reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate nurtars bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage wagering, use of multiple accounts, or collusion — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances.

5.4 nurtars may, at its sole discretion, offer personalised bonuses to individual players. These offers are non-transferable and are only valid for the player to whom they are issued.

5.5 Participation in the nurtars Rewards VIP program is governed by the Rewards program terms published on the Rewards page, which form part of these Terms by reference.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 All games available on the nurtars platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, and RNG-based table games — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money.

6.2 All slot and RNG game outcomes on nurtars are generated by independently certified random number generators (RNGs). nurtars does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes. Live casino games are streamed from studios using certified equipment and are subject to continuous regulatory oversight.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during play, nurtars will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, nurtars reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's nurtars wallet. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction are considered void.

6.4 nurtars reserves the right to void bets or adjust payouts where a game has been offered at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error ("palpable error"). nurtars will notify affected players of any such void or adjustment.

7 Prohibited Activities

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nurtars platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities where legally required:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Registering or operating more than one nurtars account.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the nurtars platform.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith against deposits made to nurtars.
• Using the nurtars platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing nurtars from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the technical integrity of the nurtars platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nurtars staff or other players via any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the nurtars platform — including but not limited to the nurtars brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of nurtars or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nurtars platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any nurtars content without the prior written consent of nurtars.

8.3 Any unauthorised use of nurtars intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nurtars shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the nurtars platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of gaming funds resulting from technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.

9.2 nurtars does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. nurtars makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

9.3 The nurtars platform is provided for entertainment purposes. Gaming involves financial risk. Players participate entirely at their own risk and are solely responsible for their gaming decisions and the financial consequences thereof. nurtars strongly encourages players to set deposit limits and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their account.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

10.1 nurtars collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a nurtars account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 nurtars collects personal data that is necessary for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support. nurtars does not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 nurtars reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if nurtars reasonably believes that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to the platform.

12.2 Upon closure of a player account in good standing (i.e., where closure is not due to a breach of these Terms), any verified real-money balance remaining in the player's nurtars wallet will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no active bonus wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions apply.

12.3 Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, nurtars reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balances within the account pending investigation. Any decision to forfeit balances will be communicated to the affected player in writing.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the nurtars platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.2 nurtars operates under the regulatory framework of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately resolved by nurtars support may escalate their concern to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR channels.

13.3 Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact nurtars support at [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution. nurtars commits to responding to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to investigating all complaints fairly and transparently.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 nurtars reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nurtars will notify registered players via the email address or contact information associated with their account, and will display a prominent notice on the nurtars platform indicating that the Terms have been updated.

14.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the nurtars platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.3 If a player does not accept the revised Terms, they should discontinue use of the nurtars platform and contact support to request account closure and return of any eligible real-money balance.
